Bijou Cocktail

Invented by Harry Johnson around the end of the 19th century, the Bijou cocktail was long forgotten until being resurrected between the 1980s and early 2000s. The original recipe called for equal portions of Gin, Sweet Vermouth and Chartreuse, but more modern versions tend to roll toward the proportions we show. That said, if you like it a bit more bold try one ounce of each ingredient.
