Tuxedo Cocktail

The Tuxedo is a variation on the Martini, and like the Martini it started out as a mix of Gin and Sweet Vermouth. It morphed over the years, and expanded into both the Tuxedo and Tuxedo No. 2. The largest difference is whether one uses Dry Vermouth (as we do) or Manzanilla Sherry. We like this version with its touch of Maraschino.
