Enigma cocktail

Enigma Cocktail

A variation on the classic Remember the Maine cocktail, the Enigma came from the Longroom Bar in Ponsonby, Auckland, New Zealand. Rather than using Rye whiskey, it employs a well-peated Scotch and replaces Absinthe with Yellow Chartreuse and Peychaud's Bitters.
